【公司管理目标】Company Administration Objective
1、 单位工程交验100%合格;每年力争一至两项工程获得省级及国家优质工程奖;
100% qualified of unit works handed for inspection. With one or two projects win good works prizes of provincial and national level every year.
2、 分部/分项工程工程检验批一次交验合格率≥96%;
Qualified rate ≥96% on part/section of engineering works handed for inspection at one time.
3、 公司办公场所节水/节电与上年同期相比节约8%,每一工程项目能源消耗比定额标准消耗量降低10%以上;
8% more save on water/power year-on-year in office place of the Corporation. More than 10% reduction of energy consumption against quota in each project.
4、 环境污染事故(无环保部门处罚)为零,主要排放物指标符合法律法规要求,
Nil environment pollution accident( without penalty by environment protection authority). Main emission index in line with laws and
regulations.
具体为:甲醛≤0.12mg/m3、TVOV≤0.6mg/m3、氨≤0.5mg/m3、氡≤400Bq/m3、噪声≤75dB(白天)、噪声≤55dB (夜间);

5、 重大伤亡事故为零,轻伤控制在年发生≤2例,火灾发生率为零;
Nil serious casualty accident, slight wounded controlled at ≤ 2 case annually. Nil fire accident.
6、 顾客满意率达到90%以上,今后三年内力争每年递增1%。
User satisfaction rate above 90% with 1% growth each year in the coming three years.
